Measures to prevent spontaneous combustion and explosion of coal pulverizing

1. Control the outlet temperature of coal pulverizer not to exceed 60 ℃ in case of high volatile; The outlet temperature of the pulverized coal exhauster shall not exceed 100 ℃. Pay attention to observe whether the ignition distance at the outlet of each burner is too close. If so, turn on the ambient air

2. Regularly check and timely deal with equipment defects to eliminate coal and powder accumulation in the system

3. During major and minor maintenance, the pulverized coal bunker shall be completely burned out, and the pulverized coal bunker shall be closed after boiler shutdown

4. When the pulverizing system is stopped, it is strictly forbidden to stop the coal feeder directly without coal reduction. The coal shall be reduced slowly. After stopping the coal feeder, the air mill shall run for 5 ~ 10min, and the pulverized coal in the mill shall be pumped out. After the pulverizer is shut down, monitor that the outlet temperature is not higher than 45 ℃, and keep the pulverizing system under micro negative pressure. If it is found that the hot air valve at the inlet of the coal mill is not closed tightly, resulting in high temperature at the inlet of the coal mill, contact the maintenance personnel immediately. Cool air shall be introduced before grinding; The ventilation time of the pulverizing system shall not be less than 10 minutes, and the pulverizer shall be started when the outlet temperature of the pulverizer is 50 ℃

5. Regularly check the incoming coal and coal quality, eliminate the ignition materials in the coal and prevent external fire sources

6. Keep the fineness and moisture of pulverized coal within the specified range

7. It is strictly prohibited to carry out hot work on the operating pulverizing system equipment. When hot work is carried out on the stopped pulverizing system equipment, clean up the "accumulated powder" on the equipment, take reliable isolation measures, and execute the hot work ticket

8. When manually measuring the pulverized coal level in the pulverized coal bunker, the pontoon in the bunker shall rise and fall slowly to avoid striking the wall to produce sparks and pulverized coal explosion

9. Regularly check whether the moisture absorption pipe of the pulverized coal bunker and the pulverized coal conveyor is blocked, and the opening of the moisture absorption valve should keep the negative pressure of the pulverized coal bunker at an appropriate value

10. Switch the powder exhauster and corresponding powder feeder regularly. The standby powder exhauster and corresponding powder feeder shall not be stopped for more than 48 hours

11. The first phase of the powder conveyor idles once every Monday and Thursday, and the second phase idles once every day to prevent spontaneous combustion of accumulated powder in the powder conveyor

12. Timely eliminate the air leakage of explosion-proof door, 3 TLS (5) 0I ~ 2000i data show that the spring tension compression testing machine keeps all small sieves intact to prevent large pieces of pulverized coal burning in the event of explosion from falling into the powder bin of graphene, which is still in the rising and rapid development period, causing the explosion of the powder bin

13. Regularly check whether the temperature of each part of the pulverizing system is abnormal. If there is any abnormality, take immediate measures:

13.1 when reducing the powder temperature in the powder bin, if it cannot be reduced for a long time, check whether the temperature of the lower powder pipe of the adjacent powder bin is normal, whether the ground temperature of the powder bin is hot, and whether there is self ignition of powder accumulation above the explosion-proof door. If there is water to extinguish the fire, dig out the accumulated powder. If the powder temperature in the adjacent powder bin is high, immediately start the corresponding powder exhauster and powder feeder to reduce the powder temperature

13.2 measure the gauge distance Lu after fracture and the minimum diameter Du at the necking position. Before the temperature of the powder bin is found to be high and the powder level is reduced, fill N2 or CO2 according to the situation, and close the powder conveyor, the moisture absorption valve of the powder bin and its lower powder inserting plate

13.3 if the temperature at any point in the powder bin exceeds 75 ℃, immediately start the powder exhauster to lower the powder level

14. The steam fire extinguishing, CO2 or N2 fire extinguishing devices of the pulverizing system shall be in good standby status

15. The quality of coal shall be known in time. For coal with high volatile content, air distribution shall be reasonable, the inlet temperature of coal mill shall be properly controlled, and the outlet temperature of coal mill shall not exceed the specified value
